Exercising for Energy

I admit it, I’ve been slacking. I had been exercising 2-5 days a week pretty regularly, but when the scale wasn’t telling me I was losing weight I got frustrated and stopped exercising. Now I’m starting to eat better, but I’ve noticed that despite meditation, visiting a reiki share and self-reiki sessions that my energy isn’t what it was a few months ago. Keeping a positive attitude is more difficult as well. So now, it’s time to get back on the exercise wagon. I’ll be starting tomorrow morning.

We are made up of an integrated system of matter and energy, and both need tender loving care for proper health. Yeah, I get it now, and I get to live it a little more fully.

    Don’t get me wrong–you should definitely get back to your regular exercise routine. But–you also have to realize that energy comes in cycles. It’s not static. Your personal energy level isn’t determined solely by what you do, but also by the frequency of energy around you, the energy coming off Mother Earth, etc. Now that you are doing Reiki you are probably more sensitive to energy fluctuations as well, so a dip in energy that you might not have noticed before seems more pronounced now. Hope you’re feeling better.
